We were so grateful for the wonderful catering provided for my father’s funeral. Ash was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process, taking the time to meet with us beforehand and carefully talk through all the options to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted. Despite the short timeframe and uncertainty around guest numbers, everything was handled seamlessly. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and the whole day ran so smoothly - which was such a blessing given the circumstances. Ash was there on the day checking that everything was perfect, and followed up afterwards to make sure we were happy with everything, which was so appreciated. Complete Catering Co delivered three full days of amazing variety and absolute yumminess for our GENEYE event at the Royal Eye and Ear Hospital in May 2026. Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented and full of flavour — truly chef’s kiss quality — and they catered to all dietary needs effortlessly. A very special mention goes to Milena, our onsite server, who was the quiet superstar of the event. She kept everything spotless, replenished with perfect timing, and looking fantastic. By the end, she felt like part of our event team, always going above and beyond with a smile. We couldn’t have asked for better service or better food. Highly recommended.

We’re only a small discussion group, with 8-16 people who meet evening twice a month. Numbers are variable and aren’t known till day before, and the budget is tight . But despite this Ash and his team have been cooperative and competent in meeting our needs for a light finger food meal, at a level of excellence beyond our expectations . I can thoroughly and confidently recommend tham to any others who can utilise their skills - and I have !

I needed a same day turnaround with 6 hours for a mixed sandwich pack + Sweets box for a work lunch. They were actually a bit earlier than expected! Service was awesome and the food was just as good. Will 100% use again!
